Dr. Judith Kiuriansky

Dr. Judy Kuriansky is an internationally known Psychologist; Professor at Columbia University Teachers College; advocate at the United Nations for 20+ years about mental health and about the empowerment of women and girls; award-winning journalist, author, and media commentator; and humanitarian who has provided psychosocial support after crises worldwide in Haiti, China, Japan, Iran, Sri Lanka and especially over many years in Sierra Leone. Of her many awards, the most valued is from President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone as Grand Commander of the Order of the Rokel.

Mai Burnette is an author, award-winning Global Business Strategist, Food Entrepreneur, and Social Impact Leader. She is the founder of the Women’s Empowerment Network (WE Network) and CEO of Mai’s Kitchen Food Service.
