The W.A.I. Organization supports women in rural Sierra Leone who were not able to complete their education learn the skills to develop Jewelry, Beads, and Fascinating Hats. W.A.I. is registered as Non-Profit , and in the process of becoming a 501c3 organization.
Helina Makafui Adjove is a Ghanaian and lives in Accra, Ghana. She helps in teaching the women beading, Fascinating Hat making and with her kind of cheer leader style, makes the whole program fascinating and interesting. Helina Kafui Adjove is the founder and tutor of KIDS SEWING & CREATIVE HUBB in Accra, Ghana. A skill learning center for kids aged 4 years old and above. She is also the CEO of El-Kami Enterprise, Shea Butter and African Black soap skin care products in Ghana.
Christopher Momodu is a BA GENERAL holder from Njala University in Sierra Leone and a Business Entrepreneur. He lives in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Musu Daramy Conteh is a dedicated mother and a wife who has always believed and supported women's agenda, especially in the rural areas of Sierra Leone. She has vast exposure, interest and believes in the value of everyone.
She studied Human Resource Management at Hendon College in UK and is currently a valuable member of the Embassy of Sierra Leone in Washington DC.
